Parking

Pulse is situated on the grounds of Carshalton College. When arriving enter the college car park and you will see Pulse attached to the college building. Car parking is free on a Saturday.

Changing Rooms

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your class, to enable you to get ready and to familiarise you and your little one to the environment. On your first week, if I am in the pool there will be somebody in reception to meet you and hand out swim wear that has been ordered or swim wear to borrow. There are separate male and female changing rooms which are very clean and spacious. The changing rooms are kitted out with toilets and showers so please feel free to bring along your shower gels and shampoo! Although there is plenty of wide bench space the safest place to change your baby is on the floor and we recommend you bring your travel changing mat with you. Nappies can be disposed of in the nappy bin found in the disabled/family changing room. Please leave the changing rooms exactly as you have found them. Lockers here at Pulse require you to bring your own padlock.
